VETiS Consulting Services maintains a comprehensive system of corporate governance practices designed to provide appropriate levels of disclosure and accountability. These practices derive principally from the provisions of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, Privacy Act, Western Australia Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA), and the Corporations (Western Australia) Act 1990 and the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984. We have a Board of Directors that meet regularly (at least monthly) where we examine policies, finances, standards and ethics. Major decisions and strategic directions are approved by the Board Members.
